Cloud Technosoftsolutions primarily offers digital services including IT training programs, hackathon events, and software solutions. For these digital services, no physical shipping is required. Access to our digital content and services is provided through our website or other online platforms immediately upon completion of payment or as per the scheduled start date of the program or event.

2. Course Materials

For training programs that include physical course materials or equipment:

  • Physical materials are distributed during the first day of in-person classes
  • For remote participants, materials will be shipped to the address provided during registration
  • Shipping within major cities in India typically takes 3-5 business days
  • Shipping to remote areas may take 5-7 business days
  • International shipping is available at additional costs and may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination

3. Hardware Kits

For programs that require hardware components or development kits:

  • Shipping is handled through reputable courier services
  • A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched
  • Shipping costs are included in the program fee unless otherwise specified
  • Specific delivery timelines will be communicated prior to the start of the program

4. Hackathon Prizes

For physical prizes awarded in hackathons or competitions:

  • Prizes are handed over in person during the award ceremony when possible
  • If the winner is not present or for virtual events, prizes will be shipped to the provided address
  • Shipping of prizes typically occurs within 15 business days of the event conclusion
  • For high-value prizes, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery

5. Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address with landmark (if applicable)
  • City, state, and postal code
  • Contact phone number

8. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.
