Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Training Programs and Courses

For all training programs and courses offered by Cloud Technosoftsolutions:

  • Full Refund Period: Cancellations made at least 14 calendar days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund of the program fee.
  • Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 7-13 calendar days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the program fee.
  • No Refund Period: Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Early Termination: If you choose to discontinue a program after it has started, no refund will be provided.
  • Program Transfers: You may transfer your enrollment to another individual at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 3 days before the program start date.

2. Hackathon Registration

For hackathon events organized by Cloud Technosoftsolutions:

  • Full Refund Period: Cancellations made at least 10 calendar days before the hackathon start date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  • No Refund Period: Cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before the hackathon are not eligible for a refund.
  • Team Changes: You may modify your team composition up to 48 hours before the hackathon without any penalty.
  • Event Cancellation: If we cancel the hackathon for any reason, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.

3. IT Services and Projects

For IT services and project development:

  • Project Initiation: The initial deposit paid for project initiation is non-refundable as it covers preliminary analysis and planning.
  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to the date of cancellation based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone has been completed and approved, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
  • Service Termination: For ongoing IT services, a notice period of 30 days is required for termination. You will be charged for services rendered during this notice period.

4. Digital Products

For digital products, resources, and downloadable materials:

  • Before Access/Download: Full refund is available before you access or download the digital product.
  • After Access/Download: No refund is available once you have accessed or downloaded the digital product.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the digital product, contact our customer support team for assistance or a potential refund.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to refunds@cloudtechnosoftsolutions.live with your name, order/registration details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • For payments made via credit/debit cards, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

6. Cancellation by Cloud Technosoftsolutions

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program, hackathon, or service due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, technical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances:

  • In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
  • In case of rescheduling, you have the option to either accept the new dates or request a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by you due to such cancellations (e.g., travel, accommodation).

7. Force Majeure

Cloud Technosoftsolutions shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanctions, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
